Edwin,

Though I never met or knew you, I am drawn to you because we have so many things in common.

We both were 19, we both joined the Army, we both were in the infantry and we both were in Nam. I left in December of '68 and you had just gotten there in December of '68. But the most important thing is that we are both Edwin Tubbs. When I saw our name on the Wall, I saw all of the things that you could have been and what could have been me. So, from one Edwin Tubbs to another Edwin Tubbs, thank you for your sacrifice.
